Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for admission to (i) the Official List and (ii) to trading on the London Stock Exchange's markets for listed securities in respect of a blocklisting of 380,000 ordinary shares of 10p each ("New Ordinary Shares").

The New Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of employee share options under the Robert Wiseman Dairies PLC Employee Sharesave Scheme. On exercise the shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue.
