            Robert Wiseman Dairies PLC ('Wiseman' or the 'Company')

                            Director's Shareholding

Wiseman has been advised that EES Trustees International Limited purchased 14,949 ordinary shares of 10p in the Company on Wednesday 14 July 2010, at a price of 514.75 pence per share for the Robert Wiseman Dairies PLC Share Ownership Trust (the 'Trust') (a trust established to facilitate the operation of the Robert Wiseman Dairies PLC Long Term Incentive Plan (the 'LTIP')). Following this transaction, the Trust holds 795,277 ordinary shares in the Group.

William Keane, Martyn Mulcahy, David Dobbins and Gerard Sweeney, all of whom are directors of the Company, are deemed to have an interest in the shares held by the Trust as potential beneficiaries of the LTIP (together with other employees of Wiseman).
